“Called BPJ to have my conventional system evaluated for a concern I had, Joe came out and walked me through my issues, his recommendations and the associated costs. He was very understanding in my needs and concerns and offered his assistance to help me out. In all the phone calls I made, I never felt I was ignored or put off or became a bother to him or his office staff. Everyone was courteous and answered my questions to my full understanding. Joe did refer me to a septic tank pumping company, and with them I was also given great customer service. I would definitely recommend Big Papa Joe’s to evaluate, upgrade or install your waste system needs.”

“Our family has owned our home for three years. Each time it has rained heavily for more than an hour or so the “full” alarm would sound on the septic. It was so pervasive that I often shut the alarm off completely. The toilets would also begin to flush slowly…if at all. Recently we had an unrelated issue and called Big Pappa Joe’s. They could have fixed the issue in a few minutes as other companies had done, but they didn’t. They followed the issue which resulted in digging up pipes on the outside of the tanks. In their systematic fixing of the issue we called about they discovered an anomaly. The technician asked if the alarm ever sounded if it rained. Hearing that it did often, he diagnosed the problem. When the tanks were installed proper patching was never done on the tanks. If they had settled for the “quick fix” the other issues would not have been seen. I’m writing this review after a week of heavy rains. The alarm hasn’t sounded once. I’ve actually checked to see if it was still working. It is. The toilets have never stopped working either. I appreciate a company that follows through doing detailed work benefiting their customers. Big Pappa Joe’s has certainly benefited my family.”

He walked me through the entire process of what he was doing and the results of his findings. He was honest in his evaluation and it is admirable.”
“After speaking to numerous septic companies, two different companies told me my yard was not big enough for a aerobic system with spray, and I would need to go aerobic with drip (which cost significantly more). Not really believing what I was hearing from these other companies, because some of my neighbors have aerobic with spray. I decided to call Big Papa Joe’s, and spoke to Christine, and set up a appointment with Joe to come out and see what we were dealing with. He walked and measured the property, and told me an aerobic with spray would fit. So I told him to put my name on the list. They came out on the date that I scheduled and knocked out the job in two days. The crew was great, and they happily explained any questions I had. I have now had my new septic for two months everything works great, and I love not having to water the yard, since I was able to the the aerobic with spray. I would highly recommend them to anyone!”
